Album Re-Design
Conceptual Project
This project is a re-design of Harry Styles’ second album, Fine Line, in the style of Blue Note Records. The design has been formatted to fit a vinyl record sleeve, promotional poster, and Spotify Animated Canvas.

Title and Artist’s Name
The title would be “stamped” on. This effect would be caused by a slight zoom out of the image every time that a new element is placed. By doing this, it would make it look like there was significant force behind the placement, similarly to the force needed to place a stamp.
The first element to be stamped would be “FINE”, then slightly overlapping would be “LINE”. They would be on the same line when they are first placed. The boxes behind “Harry” and “Styles” would be stamped down together right after that. They would not be skewed when they are initially stamped. Then the text “Harry” would be stamped, then “Styles”.
After the four elements are placed (“FINE”, “LINE”, “Harry”, and “Styles”), the full screen would shudder, which causes each element to be askew. The “LINE” would be slightly under “FINE” and the “Styles” box and text would be tilted.
Band Member’s Names
This would come after the shudder skews the aforementioned features. The band’s name would be moving across the screen in a scrolling message board type style. It would follow the bottom of his arm, moving left to right. Once it meets his arm it would cross behind it and exit above his hand on the right side of the screen. This combats the lack of space in such a narrow format (Spotify).
