During Summer 2019, I traveled to London, UK to be a Digital Marketing Intern with Jecca Blac Cosmetics. While I was with the company I did a variety of tasks, including creating social media content and blog posts, managing influencer correspondence, assisting with a new product launch, and even speaking on behalf of the brand at a Pride panel (pictured above). I learned so much about inclusivity, entrepreneurship, and emerging in the beauty industry by working directly with the brand’s founder, Jessica Blackler.
